Do you want to develop long-term B2B relationships in the construction and contracting sector with a well-known company that has a strong team spirit? We are looking for a driven and structured salesperson for the Värnamo district!

As a district sales representative at Swedol in Värnamo, you will have an independent role where relationships, business understanding, and high customer presence are crucial. You will step into a successful district where you will take over a well-managed portfolio of larger customers, while simultaneously driving new customer acquisition to expand our market share. About the role As a district sales representative, you will develop B2B customers in Värnamo and surrounding areas, driving long-term business with a focus on business value, growth, and profitability. You will manage a district extending towards Halmstad, Smålandsstenar, Skillingaryd, Gnosjö, Anderstorp, Forsheda, and Bredared. Your main responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute customer outreach towards larger and strategically important customers.
  • Build and develop your customer portfolio with a focus on growth, profitability, and long-term relationships.
  • Identify business opportunities by understanding customer needs, purchasing patterns, and potential.
  • Lead business dialogues with purchasing managers, company leaders, and other decision-makers at the customer site.
  • Create customer plans, quote, negotiate, and follow up on deals in CRM.
  • Coordinate internal resources and collaborate closely with the store team in Värnamo, inside sales, and our suppliers' product specialists to create the best possible holistic solution.
  • Actively invite to and arrange strategic customer visits at our local Swedol store.

The role involves both the development of existing, well-managed customer accounts and proactive new customer acquisition. Many companies on the market already have a connection to Swedol, but the relationship may need to be reactivated, deepened, and developed over time. Our expectations We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in B2B sales, preferably from a role as outside sales, field sales, account manager, or similar. You are used to working with customer responsibility, your own portfolio, and clear business goals, and want to take the next step towards more long-term business. Experience from construction, contracting, service companies, or related industries is advantageous. If you have a background in other relationship-driven corporate sales, this can also be very interesting. You have a business-driven and solution-oriented way of selling, where you start from the customer's operations and connect needs to relevant parts of Swedol's wide range. As a person, you are structured, curious, and have a very good feel for interpersonal chemistry. You enjoy driving your work independently in the field, while also being a pronounced team player who values close collaboration with the store. The role requires a high school education, good Swedish in speech and writing, a B driver's license, and good familiarity with digital systems and CRM. Worth knowing The role is a permanent full-time position with a start date according to agreement. You will be based in Värnamo and become part of our local team in the district, where you, among other things, have close collaboration with a selling colleague in the field as well as the store's employees. The position involves high customer presence, personal responsibility, and travel within the district. The role reports to the regional sales manager.
