About the Role

As a Lighting Project Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating orders, quotes, deliveries, and customer cases related to ITAB's lighting business.

You will become part of a customer team consisting of sales representatives and lighting designers. Together, you ensure that customers' projects and orders are handled with precision and smoothness from quote to delivery. You also work closely with a colleague in the same role, supporting each other in daily tasks.

Workdays are varied. One moment you might help an electrician with a quote request, the next you follow up on a delivery to a store or coordinate information between the customer, sales, warehouse, and production.

This role suits you if you thrive with many contact points and enjoy the combination of administration, customer support, and coordination.

Examples of tasks:

• Handle incoming inquiries and orders via phone and email
• Interpret order documents such as simple lighting plans and technical specifications
• Write quotes, register orders, and invoice
• Follow up on deliveries and stock status
• Act as the contact person for customers regarding order and delivery issues
• Coordinate activities between sales, lighting design, warehouse, and purchasing
• Ensure that correct and updated information is available in the business system

We are looking for you who

Have experience from the lighting industry or a technical customer support role where you are accustomed to helping customers, handling inquiries, and coordinating multiple activities simultaneously. Perhaps you currently work in inside sales, customer support, order management, or as a coordinator within the electrical or lighting sector. You do not need to be a specialist, but it helps you feel confident in dialogues regarding technical products.

We would appreciate if you have:

• Experience in customer contact, administration, or coordination
• Basic knowledge in lighting, electricity, or understanding of lighting technology
• Good system proficiency, preferably from business systems like Jeeves or similar
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of Dialux is a plus
