About the job

Position details: Permanent position, 20 hours per week, probationary period applies.

Start date: 2026-08-10 or as agreed.

Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends occur as a natural part of the work.

You put the finishing touches on the customer experience

You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, which is why you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This might mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, ensuring the customer finds their way in the store. Your goal is to ensure the customer leaves happy – preferably with an extra item in the cart and a good feeling!

What will you do?

Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks will be:

• Ensuring customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration).
• Working at the checkout, including handling service issues.
• Helping with restocking and creating a pleasant store environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help out where needed!

Who are you?

You are a natural problem solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment. A friendly "hello" and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a strong interest in food and sales? Super! If you have previous retail experience – even better!

We believe that you:

• Have a high school education and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since our customers speak more languages, it is fantastic if you do too.
• Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaged.
• Enjoy doing things together and contribute energy and joy.
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and spot when something needs to be done, not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
