SOVA is looking for a Bed Expert at 75% in Jönköping – Are you our next star?

SOVA has been bed experts since 1989. We may not know everything about sofas or outdoor furniture, but when it comes to beds, we are the leaders. We are now looking for you who want to become part of our expert team and help our customers find the perfect bed for a better night's sleep. Our vision is that all people should wake up rested and full of energy every day – and as a bed expert, you play a key role in making this possible.

About the role of Bed Expert:

As a Bed Expert at SOVA, you will guide our customers through the entire process of finding the bed that best matches their body and sleep habits. Through our unique SOVA method, which consists of four simple steps – function, feel, design, and quality – you help our customers make an investment in their sleep. To ensure that the customer receives the best recommendation, you always work together with a colleague.

Your main responsibilities:

• Conduct bed trials with our customers
• Provide the customer with the right support and comfort based on their specific needs
• Contribute with high product knowledge and a passion for sleep and well-being

Who are we looking for?

• A genuine interest in sleep and improving people's well-being
• A desire to develop and learn everything about beds, their construction, and materials
• Ability to build trust and provide first-class service
• Interest in ergonomics and product expertise
• Sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement
• Our customer traffic is at its peak on weekends, which means you will work 2 out of 3 weekends.

Education and development – SOVA Academy

To ensure that you become a certified bed expert, you will go through our training program at SOVA Academy. Here you will learn everything about the technical specifications, material choices, and ergonomics of the beds. The training ends with a comprehensive knowledge test, and we ensure that you keep your expertise at the top through regular tests.
