As an HR Business Partner, you are the link between the business's needs and HR's specialist functions. You work both strategically and operationally, supporting managers throughout the employee journey. Your role is crucial in translating business plans into effective people strategies and sustainable results. As an HR Business Partner, you will become part of a wonderful People team where we work cross-functionally in the Business, Core, and Development & Growth teams. We are now looking for a colleague based in our West region, where we have sites in Jönköping, Ljungby, and Landvetter. You will have your home base in one of these locations but will work with and travel to all three in collaboration with your HRBP colleague in the region.

About the role

At our sites in the region, more than 600 employees work, the majority of whom are in operational roles. You thrive where questions arise on the spot and where your support makes a direct difference. To succeed, you need to be secure, experienced, and fearless. This role suits you if you have HR experience and enjoy a workday that offers variety. You gain energy from meeting people, solving problems, and tackling both large and small challenges.

You will coach and support leaders in developing their leadership skills and building strong, sustainable teams, as well as driving and implementing initiatives within culture, leadership, competence development, recruitment, engagement, and organizational development. You are a key partner in achieving business goals! In the region, you and another HRBP will collaborate across the locations.

Common tasks include:

• Playing a key advisory role in employment law matters, ensuring the business complies with current laws and guidelines, and acting as an experienced negotiator.
• Contributing to continuous improvements in processes, ways of working, and organizational structure.
• Supporting managers and executive teams in both operational and strategic matters.
• Taking initiative, driving issues independently, and working towards clear and measurable results.

About you

We are looking for someone who is confident in their profession and in themselves. You have a genuinely positive view of people and meet both managers and employees with respect and curiosity. You are brave enough to have difficult conversations when needed and communicative enough to do so in a listening and constructive manner. You are proactive, curious, and driven by a desire to contribute to development – both for the business and for the people within it.

The role requires a few years of experience in a similar position, and experience in a similar industry with many scheduled roles is highly meritorious. Furthermore, we look for:

• An academic degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or equivalent.
• Comfort working with digital tools and systems.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

Great importance will be placed on personal qualities and experience.
