About the company
Since 1990, Melin & Carlsson has developed and manufactured hydraulic cylinders for mobile and stationary applications. We are specialists in customer-specific solutions and serve customers within recycling and forestry industries, transport, material handling, and contracting. Competent employees who provide solid support throughout the chain – from idea to delivered product – are the core of our business.
Since December 2025, Melin & Carlsson has been part of the ELMAB Group, which together generates a turnover of approx. 500 MSEK and has approx. 200 employees with operations in Tranås and Dala-Järna. The Group sees significant growth opportunities and aims to reach a turnover of one billion. Since 2023, the Group has been part of the Grönskär Group.
Responsibilities
At Melin & Carlsson, you will become an important function as the extended arm of the Quality and Sustainability Manager in Tranås. You are responsible for ensuring that work is conducted in a structured manner and in line with the company's guidelines, goals, and management systems. The role is broad and varied with many contact surfaces in the organization. You work closely with managers, employees, and the safety organization to create the right conditions for an efficient and sustainable way of working.

Your profile
We are looking for you who have the ability to communicate complex issues in a pedagogical way and who are driven by seeing how your structure, analysis, and engagement are used to create actual improvement in the workplace.
