Koja is expanding and, in line with our ambition to strengthen and develop our presence in the Swedish market, we are now looking for a Technical Sales Manager. About the Role
In your role as a Technical Sales Manager, you will hold a central position working directly with our customers, primarily within the pulp and power industry.
Your day-to-day will include:
The office is located in Växjö, so we prefer that you live in Kronoberg County, but do not hesitate to apply if you live elsewhere. The number of travel days per month is approx. 8–10, but this is flexible as you are involved in planning your customer visits.
Qualifications
You preferably have a technical education as an engineer or equivalent experience.
You are driven, familiar with reading drawings, and have a technical interest. Experience with rotating equipment is a plus.
To thrive in this role, you should have a positive attitude, be open, curious, and self-initiative – meaning you take the lead and are willing to think outside the box. You should also be able to discuss at different levels with customers. We also appreciate a person with a bit of "cleverness" in their communication.
As a technical salesperson with us, the work is varied, so we prefer that you enjoy juggling multiple tasks.
You have a good command of the Swedish language. English is used when working abroad and with our Finnish colleagues.
This is a permanent full-time position.
A B-category driver's license is required as travel is part of the role. A company car is provided.
