About Dittcafe

The brand Dittcafe is owned and managed by four companies: Stigs Café och Bageri AB, Agdas i Apladalen AB, Bernts Konditori AB, and Bernards Konditori AB. Under the brand, we bring together 9 cafés and a production facility/office currently located in Gnosjö. We operate in five locations within Jönköping County and employ around 70 staff members.

Our business idea is to be a leader in the local market, offering locally produced bakery, confectionery, and restaurant products in an attractive environment with high quality, personal service, and a customer focus. We work according to our core values: joy, quality, and commitment, and we are convinced that the greatest success is achieved through effective teamwork.

About you

We are looking for you who have a burning interest in service in various forms. You are a proactive and solution-oriented person with a smile close at hand. You should be stress-resistant and responsible, and identify with our core values of joy, quality, and commitment.

Your responsibilities

At Ditt Café, we see you as a flexible person who is passionate about customer service. Here, you will have varied tasks, ranging from cash handling, food preparation, placing orders with our various suppliers, and more.

Working mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends falls naturally as part of the role. Currently, the job includes every other weekend.

The position is currently at 72%, but may increase over time.
