About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative at BE Group, you will become an important part of our sales team, responsible for selling our products and services to customers in the West Region. The district covers Västra Götaland and Småland.

You will work on developing existing customer relationships and actively creating new business opportunities for the manufacturing industry, construction companies, and production industry.

The role is characterized by great freedom under responsibility, where you plan and drive your daily work yourself. You have individual responsibility for your customer portfolio and budget, and you follow the business all the way – from planning and initial contact to contract negotiation, closed deal, and follow-up. The role also involves acting as technical support for your customers.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and process new customers and business opportunities
  • Work actively in the field through customer visits and understanding customer needs
  • Act as technical support and advisor to customers
  • Drive the entire sales process from planning to closure and follow-up
  • Be responsible for achieving set goals

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone who thrives in an independent and varied role where you get to drive complex deals from start to finish. You are motivated by creating results, building relationships, and developing business. You have several years of experience in B2B sales and are accustomed to independently driving new customer acquisition and creating business from scratch, and you are confident in your role as a field sales representative.

We see that you have:

  • Upper secondary education. Post-secondary education in sales, technology, or marketing is a merit
  • Experience in B2B sales and proactive sales. Experience selling to construction, industry, or materials is a merit
  • Good familiarity with business systems and digital tools
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B)

You work from a home office and reside in Småland or the Gothenburg area. If you reside in Gothenburg, you are expected to work regularly from our office there.

Practical Information

  • Location: Småland or the Gothenburg area
  • Scope: Full-time
  • Travel is included in the role, both during the day and overnight stays. Therefore, you are offered a company car.
  • Start date: As soon as possible, according to agreement
