ABOUT THE ROLE

As an employee at Ur&Penn, you work with both service and craftsmanship. You will be involved in the sales of watches and jewelry, as well as simpler watch repairs, such as battery changes and shortening bracelet links. We have a high pace with the customer in focus! A large part of the job involves driving daily sales through customer service and upselling.

At our store, you will also work with:

• Cash handling (sales, exchanges, returns).
• Ear/nose piercing (training provided when you start with us).
• Visual merchandising, restocking goods, and changing campaigns.
• Inventory.

The position is a temporary contract for 6 hours/week during the period 2026-08-03 to 2027-01-31, with great opportunities for extension and increased hours.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous work experience in retail.
• A completed upper secondary education.
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish.

THE PROCESS
