We see that you, as an applicant, need to have worked a few years in service and/or in a customer-facing role. It is an advantage if you have worked administratively in various systems, as the Service Advisor job involves a lot of administrative work. Digitalization is moving fast in the automotive industry - apps are, for example, part of car ownership today and important for us to be able to support our customers with. To grow in the role, we therefore see that you need to be interested in and have an aptitude for various digital solutions.

About the job
As a Service Advisor, you are an incredibly important part of the customer's journey with us. With your engagement and professionalism, you create a safe and smooth experience for every customer. You will become part of our team in Vetlanda, where we work with the new car brands BMW, MINI, Ford, Hyundai, Nissan, and MG.

Responsibilities

• 🚘 Help customers with bookings and questions.
• 🚘 Schedule cars for the technicians in the workshop.
• 🚘 Simpler workshop tasks and tire changes.
• 🚘 Proactive processing of potential customers.
• 🚘 Create and submit quotes.

When you start with us, we give you the training you need to get into your new role. You start with an education to learn the basics of the work and get an introduction to what it is like to work at Holmgrens Bil. You then get the opportunity to continuously further educate yourself in your role through courses in, for example, customer satisfaction and systems. We are looking for someone who wants to learn new things and take on new tasks in their work, as there are many tasks as a Service Advisor to deepen your knowledge in.
