Your role with us:

As an Inside Sales Representative at our support office, your responsibilities will include providing fast and first-class customer support to stores and workshops throughout Sweden. You will support the sales process, provide information about products, and communicate with our customers both in writing and over the phone.

Who are you?

To thrive in this role, we see that you have experience in customer service within one or more industries. You are comfortable with computers and systems, or you are fearless when it comes to handling new systems. Previous experience or knowledge regarding passenger cars or other vehicles is considered a strong asset. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of English.

As a person, you are meticulous, flexible, and solution-oriented. No challenge is too big or difficult. You are receptive and have no problem collaborating while independently driving your work forward. You do not hesitate to go the extra mile to offer caring customer service to our customers and partners.
