Do you want to become a crucial piece of the puzzle in one of the largest staffing and recruitment companies in the Nordics? We are now looking for an engaged Staffing Coordinator who wants to work afternoons/evenings/nights/weekends on StudentConsulting's national on-call service, based in Jönköping!

In the role of Staffing Coordinator, you are responsible for handling orders and sick leave notifications outside of office hours from our customers and consultants, as well as quickly booking the right person to the customer.

You will be working with, among other things:

• Receiving sick leave reports from consultants.
• Receiving calls from customers regarding consultant bookings.
• Administration regarding consultants and customers.
• Scheduling.

The working hours are Monday–Friday 17:00–08:00, Saturday 09:30–21:30, and Sunday 09:30–22:00 and 22:00–08:00. You must be able to work at least one shift per week. During this time, you will have "on-call duty" from your home and be available when our customers or consultants need your help. The introduction will take place at our office in Jönköping. Start date is in August/September.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To be eligible for the position, you must be studying at a university or college, or have another main occupation of at least 50%. Furthermore, you must be able to work approximately 16 hours per week. We have a long-term need for this position and would prefer that you are able to work part-time for at least 1 year, and are open to a future career within the staffing industry.

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants a fun, challenging, and developmental part-time job. If you have some experience in similar work, it is considered an advantage, but it is not a requirement.

We also appreciate that you are independent, detail-oriented, and outgoing. We believe you have a strong interest in people and, through wholehearted engagement, will be a good representative for StudentConsulting.
