About the Role

ABF Sydost is a newly formed district operating across Småland, Blekinge, and Gotland. The district's role is to coordinate, share best practices, and work with operational development to create equal operations throughout the country. The organization is under construction, so you have great opportunities to help shape working methods and structures for a long-term sustainable organization. The position involves work within the entire geographical area of the district.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Developer, you are responsible for using operational statistics to work with coordination, structure, planning, and implementation of operational development. You are a key part of creating a functional everyday life where operations can be carried out, followed up, and reported on correctly. You will have many contact points and collaborate with operational developers, member organizations, and collaboration partners. In these contexts, you are a reliable and structured resource who takes responsibility and facilitates the administrative work related to quality and operational follow-up.

The role includes among other things:

• Support and coordinate the work with quality and operational follow-up.
• Initiate, coordinate, and administer project activities.
• Work to inspire operational development by spreading best practices.
• Handle economic administration related to the operations.
• Work with communicative tasks related to the organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who like to create order, structure, and good service in a daily life with many contact points. You are responsible, meticulous, and self-initiating, and have good communicative skills in both speech and writing.

We would like you to have worked with administration in a similar role and be accustomed to taking responsibility for structure, follow-up, and ongoing administrative flows. You are also comfortable with economic administration, such as invoicing and simpler economic flows, preferably within the non-profit sector.

It is meritorious if you have experience of adult education or association work, as well as relevant education in administration or equivalent.

We consider it a given that you have very good communicative skills in speech and writing and that you are familiar with administrative systems and Microsoft 365.

We place great emphasis on your personal experiences and qualities and assume that you share the values of the labor movement.

• Requirements: Category B driver's license and access to a private car.
• Employment type: Permanent employment.

As an employee at ABF, you are covered by the employment conditions specified in the Popular Movement Agreement, which regulates among other things pension, vacation, and salary models.

Permanent full-time employment, 6 months probationary period initially, goal-oriented working hours, 30 days of vacation, and the possibility of a wellness allowance.
