We are purposefully investing in continued expansion, more efficient working methods, and stronger financial structures – and are therefore looking for an ECONOMIST who wants to combine operational responsibility with development, improvement, and real impact.
You will be part of a smaller team within a larger international organization and work closely with both the CFO and HR. This gives you a broad understanding of the whole and the opportunity to contribute both in daily operations and in our continued development journey. Well-being is an obvious part of our strategy. Main Responsibilities
- Ongoing accounting with bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and follow-up
- Responsibility for customer and supplier ledgers, invoice management, payments, and collections
- Participation in monthly and annual financial statements together with the CFO
- Handling of VAT and periodic reports to the Tax Agency
- Financial work related to our subsidiaries
- Credit insurance management of customers
- Participation in the payroll process
- Administrative HR-related tasks in close collaboration with the HR manager and the organization
The project work involves building and improving control functions and routines, further developing approval flows, digitizing contracts, and ensuring follow-up and compliance with policies and guidelines. Here you have all the opportunities to leave your mark on the work!
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone who is confident in their accounting skills, preferably from the manufacturing industry, and who works in a structured, meticulous, and unpretentious manner. Experience from a larger or international organization is an advantage, but your attitude and willingness to develop together with us are equally important. You have an analytical approach and the ability to see both details and the big picture while being flexible and solution-oriented in your way of working. As a person, you have an open mind and thrive in an organization where there is a high ceiling, many points of contact, and you see the value of close collaboration to create efficient, sustainable, and well-functioning processes. We work in the Office suite and systems such as Pyramid and Kontek. You handle the English language well, and with your professional and engaging energy, you contribute both to the development of the business and to a positive work environment. The position is fundamentally full-time, with the possibility to start part-time from 75%.
