Are you at the beginning of your career in HR and payroll, but have already developed a strong understanding of systems? Do you want to work closely with operations in an exciting upgrade project and contribute to developing smarter processes? Then this could be the assignment for you!

We are now looking for an HR administrator with an interest in systems, process development, and payroll administration for an assignment on-site in Jönköping. The assignment is expected to start in July 2026💼

🎯About the assignment

You will play an important role in an ongoing upgrade project of the HR module in IFS. The role combines operational administration with participation in projects and business development.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Participate in and/or drive parts of the upgrade of the IFS HR module

  • Work on the development of processes within time and payroll administration

  • Ensure system coordination between IFS and Personec P/Visma

  • Contribute with both business and system perspectives

  • Support the organization in streamlining flows and working methods

This is a role for you who understands the details of payroll administration while also being able to see the big picture of systems and processes🔍

✅We are looking for someone who has:
  • Approved high school education

  • Experience in processes related to time reporting and payroll administration

  • Experience in system coordination between IFS and Personec P/Visma

  • Knowledge of the collective agreement BÖK Energi

  • Experience in (partial) project management within IFS HR module upgrade

  • At least one previous experience from the energy sector

  • Knowledge of IFS Aurena and IFS Cloud

  • Ability to combine system perspective with business understanding

  • Fluent language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

⭐Meritorious
  • Experience from security-classified operations

  • Experience from the public sector

  • Post-secondary education/courses in Payroll, HR Administration, or System Development

📍Practical information
  • Location: Jönköping

  • Scope: Full-time 100% on-site

  • Assignment period: July 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026

  • Option: Possibility of extension
