We are now looking for an HR Administrator with strong system understanding for an assignment in Jönköping. The role combines HR administration, payroll processes, and system development with a focus on upgrading the IFS HR module and business development within time and payroll administration.

You will be an important part of an ongoing development work where both system perspective and business perspective are central.

• Participate in and/or lead sub-projects within the upgrade of the IFS HR module

• Work with system coordination between IFS and Personec P/Visma

• Contribute to business development within time and payroll administration

• Ensure efficient processes and flows within HR and payroll

• Function as an administrative specialist with good system understanding

• Work closely with the business to improve and ensure the quality of processes

• Documented experience in processes related to time reporting and payroll administration

• Experience in system coordination between IFS and Personec P/Visma

• Experience with Collective Agreement BÖK Energi

• Experience in (sub)project management in IFS HR module upgrade projects

• At least 1 year of experience in the energy sector

• Knowledge of IFS Aurena and IFS Cloud

• Very good ability to work from both system and business perspectives

• Swedish spoken and written (expert/fluent)

• Experience from security-classified operations

• Experience from the public sector

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by us and leased to the client.

Start: July 1, 2026 End: December 31, 2026 with great potential for extension Location: 100% on-site in Jönköping Remote work: Not possible
