Are you the person that people call when the coffee machine breaks down, the computer freezes, or someone needs to be reassured with a calm "we'll solve this"? Then you are our person! Here, you become the hero after the purchase - the one who makes technology understandable, meets the customer with calmness and clarity, and guides them from problem to solution.
About the Role.
As After Sales / Technical Support, you will take over after the purchase and ensure that our customers have a safe, smooth, and positive experience. You will work with customer dialogues via phone, email, and digital channels, where you guide, troubleshoot, and assist our users when they need support.
The role suits you if you are comfortable in conversations in both Swedish and English, enjoy building relationships, and appreciate the variation of solving technical issues one moment and explaining something complex in a simple and calm way the next. You do not need to be an engineer – it is enough that you have technical understanding or a curiosity that allows you to learn quickly.
You will:
- Receive customers via phone, email, and digital channels - with a calm, clear, and service-oriented approach.
- Troubleshoot remotely and guide the customer step by step (a bit like a technical Sherlock Holmes).
- Handle complaints and product issues with precision and sensitivity.
- Be the link between the customer and development - and sometimes our star at fairs and training sessions.
You are:
- The person others naturally ask for help because you instill calm and security.
- Comfortable in conversation and communication - both in Swedish and English.
- A problem solver who uses both manuals and creative thinking depending on the situation.
- Good at explaining complex things so that everyone understands.
- Service-oriented, responsible, and good at creating positive customer relationships even when the situation is challenging.
