PropTech Energy is a group of nine innovative and expanding companies including Ömangruppen, Axcell Fastighetspartner, P2 Energi, Alova, Inflo Ventilationsservice, Secon, APS drift och underhåll, JFK, and KEAB. Responsibilities
As an administrator at Ömangruppen, you will primarily work with financial administration. In your daily work, you will collaborate with colleagues and managers within the region as well as with controllers and other administrators in the group. You will participate in the proactive development of routines and flows to ensure that a growing and change-ready organization functions well. Ömangruppen currently works in the business system Pyramid. Travel to local offices may occur, for example, Borås, as the work also includes administration for Region West.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Invoicing
- Accounts payable
- Ongoing bookkeeping
- Reminders/accounts receivable
- Administration
- Order and project administration
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Higher education in economics or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge in finance and accounting
- Good system skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and other Office packages
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
- Driving license B
- Meritorious with knowledge of the business system Pyramid, SDF, Rillion
- Meritorious with knowledge of reverse construction VAT
As a person, you are a quick learner and thrive in a role with many contact points and varied tasks. You have a financial sense and understand the importance of profitability in projects, while also having a good understanding of accounting, finance, and VAT. You work in a structured and independent manner, take great responsibility for your regions, and drive your work forward on your own initiative. With a communicative and accommodating style, you build good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
You are flexible, solution-oriented, and unpretentious, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and work efficiently. Order and tidiness are a given for you, and you carefully follow up on your work to ensure quality and results. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
