Description
We are seeking a Coordinator for work-oriented rehabilitation.
This position is a fixed-term project employment where you will be an important part of a meaningful and developing assignment throughout the project's duration.
The position is located in the HR unit, but you will work as an operational support to managers and employees within the Care Administration. In your work, you will collaborate with unit managers, relevant employees, and HR.
Your mission
In the role of Coordinator for work-oriented rehabilitation, you will have a central function in our efforts to promote health and a sustainable working life. You will continuously follow up on sick leave data to identify employees who need support and interventions. Through close dialogue with managers and HR, you will ensure that the right employees receive support and that the support process is both accurate and efficient.
Your mission includes providing managers with professional support throughout the process. You will conduct structured conversations with employees who are on sick leave or returning to work, and you will coordinate various interventions to ensure they are implemented correctly and at the right time. Throughout the return process, you will be an active and reliable support and contribute to meeting both the employee's and the organization's needs in a sustainable manner.
The role also includes:
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to create a common understanding of each individual and their needs
- Working with managers, employees, and HR as needed to develop action plans and return-to-work strategies
Your profile
We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for someone with good communication and collaboration skills who enjoys being the link between various stakeholders, both internal and external. You work in a structured manner, plan your work well, and take initiatives that drive processes forward while supporting others to take responsibility for their parts.
You have a coaching and supportive approach, are trust-building, and can both set boundaries and help guide the process in the right direction. In your work, you are flexible and accustomed to adapting to different situations. You have high integrity and can confidently express what is needed in situations in a respectful and professional manner.
Furthermore, we see that you have:
- A university degree in behavioral science, HR, or a field deemed relevant to the assignment, or equivalent experience or education
- Knowledge of and experience with rehabilitation processes and work-oriented rehabilitation
- The ability to coordinate and drive processes in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- A valid driver's license (B)
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience working in projects

This position is a project employment expected to last until 2026.
