Location: Huskvarna Scope: 100 % Assignment Period: Immediate - September 30 Remote: No Language Requirements: Swedish & English (fluent)

We are now looking for a structured and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator for a full-time assignment in Huskvarna. The assignment involves supporting a Business Support function with administrative tasks, data management, and quality assurance in business systems.

This is a role for you who enjoys administrative processes, has excellent Excel skills, and appreciates working with structured data in an international environment.

About the Assignment

As a Business Support Administrator, you will work closely with a team where you contribute to ensuring high data quality and efficient administrative flows. The role involves both independent work and collaboration with several functions within the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing transfer price administration as needed

  • Performing and preparing data cleaning activities in relevant business systems

  • Reviewing, updating, and correcting product and business-related data

  • Validating information and resolving data discrepancies

  • Collaborating with various departments to gather and verify information

  • Supporting the team with ongoing administrative tasks and follow-up

  • Contributing to smooth and efficient daily workflows

We are looking for someone who has
  • Experience in administrative work and routine-based processes

  • A strong sense of accuracy and quality

  • Experience in data cleaning, validation, and quality control

  • Good experience working in business systems (e.g., ERP, pricing systems, MDM)

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., filtering, formulas, lookup, pivot tables, data validation)

  • The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • A structured and organized working method

  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English

  • A service-oriented and solution-focused attitude

Meritorious
  • Experience from roles within supply chain, finance, pricing, or data management

  • Experience in larger organizations or international environments
