About the role

As a measurement and quality technician, you will be one of our key players in achieving our quality goals and in preventing and eliminating quality problems. As a measurement and quality technician, you ensure that our production meets specified process, product, and customer requirements. This is done through controls, deviation management, and data collection during ongoing production and in close collaboration with production and other support functions.

Primarily, you will work on creating, developing, and maintaining measurement programs in our optical measuring machines. Analyze the causes of arising problems and identify and recommend appropriate actions. The role includes managing, supporting, and verifying quality throughout the production chain up to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop measurement programs for optical measuring machines
• Support production during control measurements
• Manage internal and external deviations
• Be involved in new projects with PPAP work

You have:

• Knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Office programs
• Engineering education is an advantage
• Experience in quality work within industrial manufacturing is an advantage
• Knowledge of CAD and/or 3D measurement technology is an advantage
