About the position

Perido is looking for an Accountant/Controller for a Swedish tech company in the field of electrical power and automation. The company develops and delivers technical solutions to the industrial and property sectors, has about 25–30 employees, and is part of a larger Swedish industrial group. The position is based at the client's office in Jönköping.

Your responsibilities

The assignment includes both operational financial work and development. The focus is on streamlining routines within accounting and building a more structured controlling function with clear project and business follow-up. You will handle the financial work at the company independently but will have close contact with colleagues within the organization and the group.

Main tasks:

• Be responsible for ongoing bookkeeping as well as taxes and fees
• Ensure monthly reporting to the group
• Review and improve financial routines and working methods
• Develop and structure project accounting
• Follow up on profitability per project, product, and business area
• Be an active financial support to the CEO and management

Your qualities

You are confident in your role, work independently, and take responsibility for the whole. Structure, accuracy, and integrity are natural parts of your working method. At the same time, you are communicative and pedagogical, with the ability to create trust and drive change in collaboration with the organization.

You thrive in an advisory role, dare to make decisions, and appreciate working both locally in the company and as part of a larger corporate context.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in ongoing accounting
• Good knowledge of taxes and fees
• Experience in project accounting and project organization
• Understanding of inventory and PIA
• Ability to work independently and take overall responsibility
• Very good knowledge of Swedish

Meritorious:

• Experience with the business system Monitor

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-08-31. Immediate start.
