JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to be a substitute during the period when one of our investigators is on parental leave. The Social Administration offers you an interesting, independent, and developing job where you will be part of a team with other investigators who take responsibility for the whole but each have their own areas of expertise. We continuously develop our processes and strive for increased digitalization.

In this position, your main tasks will be as a protocol secretary at the various meetings of the individual committee, including being responsible for case preparation before meetings. You will help coordinate, develop, and ensure the quality of both documentation and the case process. Post-meeting work also includes notifications and administration of compensation/honoraria for elected officials. You will also administer other meetings as needed.

You will participate in the daily administrative work, which may include incoming/outgoing mail, the administration's record-keeping, and archiving. Some investigative assignments may also be relevant. You will work closely and provide support to both political and administrative leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a relevant university education, such as legal, social science, or social orientation, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have knowledge of an authority's case management and the laws that must be followed. Previous experience from another public administration is an advantage. Previous experience working with committee secretariats is meritorious.

You are structured, service-oriented, proactive, and have the ability to work independently under your own responsibility. You find it easy to collaborate, are attentive, and can build trust with both officials and politicians. You can communicate and express yourself well in both oral and written presentations and have good administrative skills. You are meticulous and have good computer skills. Personal suitability is highly valued.
