The Position
This is an exciting position where you will meet a diverse target group. The position, Step to Work (STA), is a collaboration with the Employment Service, where the goal is for participants to receive work training and/or employment with the help of the initiative.
The position of job consultant is full-time. You will be part of a team together with another job consultant and an occupational therapist. The role also includes documentation, planning, and evaluation of results. To thrive in this role, you need to be flexible, able to work independently as well as in a team, and accustomed to working with a diverse target group. We welcome an interest in networking.

Eligibility Requirements
As a job consultant, you need to have at least two years of full-time higher education or vocational training in sociology, behavioral science, pedagogy, or medicine, as well as at least one year of experience working at least part-time in individual or group guidance/coaching of individuals with mental or physical health issues or disabilities within the last three years. We need to be able to provide proof of educational qualifications and employment certificates upon request that support the requirements.
Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

Number of positions: 1 position.
Employment: Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.
Position: Full-time.
Start date: As soon as possible.
