HR Administrator with a focus on recruitment and administration

SiS LVM home Hessleby, located in beautiful forest surroundings just outside Mariannelund, accepts men with alcohol, drug, or mixed substance abuse. We have special expertise in receiving clients with mental health issues or outwardly aggressive behavior. We are tasked with providing care for clients with special care needs.

Job Description

Our administration currently consists of a safety coordinator, an HR generalist, a staffing planner, and two administrators.

The administrators' task is to work with support and service to the entire operation within three main areas: finance, client administration, and personnel administration and recruitment.

To provide better support to a growing SiS LVM home Hessleby, we are now looking for an HR administrator focused on recruitment and administration.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Administer and coordinate recruitment and participate in interviews and reference checks.
• Support managers in the recruitment process
• Collaborate with HR generalist and staffing planner
• Other administrative tasks as needed
• Participate in personnel planning meetings

Our administrators work closely together, and all administrators are expected to assist with various administrative tasks at the office as needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education in administration, recruitment, or HR, or other education combined with work experience that SiS considers equivalent.

You should have:

• Experience in recruitment.
• Experience in administrative work.
• The ability to work independently and be detail-oriented.
• Good collaboration skills and social competence.
• Driver's license

It is advantageous if you have:

• Education or experience working with the systems ReachMee, Primula, Besched is advantageous.
• Knowledge of competency-based recruitment.
• Knowledge of the regulations in the Public Employment Act (LOA).

Employment:

The position is a permanent full-time position and begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
