Education Assistant to Nässjö!

YrkesAkademin is looking for an education assistant in Nässjö. As an education assistant within the transport training, you will be a support in the participants' study environment. To thrive in this role, we see that you are outgoing, flexible, and social. You see opportunities where others may see problems. You are meticulous and take great responsibility for your tasks, and you are eager to help and support colleagues in areas where it is needed. You must be self-driven and able to take initiative. In this recruitment, we place great importance on your personal qualities. Your tasks include, for example:

• Providing practical support for participants in their studies
• Supporting participants in study techniques
• Coaching participants towards set goals

The position is permanent and full-time, and we apply a 6-month probationary period.

Your Profile

• Good pedagogical skills
• Driving license B is desirable
• If you are also an approved YKB teacher by the Transport Agency, it is a big plus but not a requirement.
