Do you want to work in customer service and support within the energy sector? We are looking for driven employees on behalf of a client for a company in central Jönköping.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is service-minded, positive, and outgoing with a genuine commitment to customers and their needs. You have a proactive and preferably sales-oriented approach in your dialogue with customers and thrive in a role where relationship building and problem-solving are a natural part of everyday life.

You are resilient under stress and accustomed to a high influx of cases, while also working in a structured and meticulous manner. Taking initiative, driving your work forward, and continuously developing your skills comes naturally to you. You find it easy to familiarize yourself with new areas and keep yourself updated in a rapidly evolving industry.

Knowledge and Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or advisory customer contact via phone, email, chat, or similar channels

• At least 1 year of experience in support within the energy sector

• Very good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish

Meritorious

• Experience in sales dialogues and/or upselling

• Experience in technical support

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position is a full-time consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.
