About Your Café

The brand Your Café is owned and managed by the four companies Stigs Café och Bageri AB, Agdas Café in Apladalen, Bernts Konditori AB, and Bernards Konditori AB. Under the brand, we have 9 cafés and a production facility. This makes us one of Jönköping's largest privately owned bakery and pastry corporations. We operate in five locations within Jönköping County.

Our business idea is to be a leader in the local market, offering locally produced bakery, pastry, and restaurant goods in an attractive environment with high quality, personal service, and a customer focus. We work according to our core values of joy, quality, and commitment, and we are convinced that the greatest success is achieved through effective teamwork.

About You

We are looking for a store manager for our café who is stress-resistant, responsible, and proactive. You have a burning interest in service, are solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should feel confident in taking responsibility and have the ability to quickly handle unexpected situations. You lead the team in a secure and clear manner, can delegate tasks effectively, and always have a smile ready to create a positive experience for both guests and colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of store manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations in the store and handle some scheduling, even during illnesses and changes. You will conduct employee reviews, work purposefully towards the store's set goals, and be driven to meet and exceed the budget. You are creative, dare to think outside the box, and test new ideas to develop the business. The role also involves close collaboration with the group's store manager.

You will, together with your staff, handle the cash register and meet customers daily. You have a strong passion for service and ensuring that customers have the best experience with us.

Working mornings, afternoons, evenings & weekends is a natural part of the job, currently involving every third weekend.

We Offer

We offer you an independent, developing, and educational job with good salary and employment conditions. The position is 80% but with the chance for more hours in the future.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probation period of 6 months.
