About the Role

We are looking for a structured and committed person who wants to work broadly with orders, purchasing, and planning. The role is central to the organization and involves close collaboration with both internal and external parties to ensure an efficient and well-functioning flow.

We would like you to have experience with similar tasks in the past, but it is not a requirement. The most important thing for us is to find a person who fits the role and the team as well as possible.

Responsibilities:

Management and follow-up of customer orders
Purchasing of materials/products from suppliers
Planning of deliveries, production, or resources
Ensuring that the right materials are in place at the right time
Contact with suppliers and internal departments
Follow-up on delivery times and deviations
Administrative tasks related to orders, purchasing, and planning
Contributing to improvements in work methods and processes

Experience in working with orders, purchasing, and/or planning:

Familiarity with business systems (e.g., ERP)
Good administrative skills
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Basic knowledge of English is an advantage

What GV Stars Offers

The position of Order, Purchasing, and Planning Manager is a full-time assignment that starts immediately via GV Stars Bemanning & Rekrytering. The assignment runs for 6 months with a good opportunity for continued employment directly with the customer after the period ends.
