We are now looking for a new team member who wants to combine technology, business, and long-term partnerships in a role with significant mandate and real impact.
In the role of Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling machine solutions from strong and reputable brands such as Numalliance, Bihler, Nidec P&A, and Jean Perrot. You will have a strategic responsibility for developing and deepening relationships with both customers and agencies. You will familiarize yourself with customers' processes along with their needs and act as an advisory and developing partner rather than a traditional salesperson. The business involves longer sales cycles, which requires structure, business acumen, and the ability to maintain direction over time. At the same time, Hiltec is characterized by short decision-making paths and high trust, giving you the freedom to act quickly when opportunities arise.
You will work closely with our local sales organization, our agencies, and internal specialists. Travel is a natural part of the role, primarily within southern and central Sweden for customer visits, trade fairs, and supplier meetings. Hiltec operates in an international environment where English is regularly used in dialogues and business contexts. YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone with a solid technical foundation and a good understanding of the manufacturing industry who is ready to take an active responsibility for driving business forward. We value your experience from customer-facing or business-oriented roles, but what matters most is your drive, sense of responsibility, and ability to take ownership. You have insights into industrial processes and see opportunities where technology, customer benefit, and business meet. With a clear commitment and a desire to make a difference, you contribute to development – both in customer dialogues and in internal work.
You are a person who takes initiative, makes things happen, and thrives in a role where strategic thinking is combined with operational action. You are motivated by building trust and creating long-term relationships that lead to business results. At the same time, you have the endurance and structure to drive processes and business over time. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and feel at home in an international industrial context.
