About Us

Boström Pac AB is an established supplier of industrial packaging solutions. Our range includes stretch film, stretch film machines, strapping, and strapping equipment. We help our customers streamline their packaging processes with smart, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.

We are now looking for a driven sales representative who wants to take full responsibility for their sales and influence their own earnings.

Your Role

As a sales representative at Boström Pac AB, you will work independently to develop and manage customer relationships. You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from the first contact to closing and follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Sales of stretch film, stretch film machines, as well as strapping and strapping equipment
• Active prospecting and development of existing customers
• Needs analysis and consulting on packaging solutions
• Quotation and contract work
• Long-term relationship building with customers and partners

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industry or packaging
• Thrives in a commission-based salary structure and is motivated by results
• Is self-driven, business-oriented, and structured
• Has a valid driver's license and the ability to travel within your sales area
• Communicates fluently in Swedish (English is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with stretch film machines, strapping, or other technical equipment
• Familiarity with solution or technical sales
