A dual role in the purchasing department that combines consultant coordination and operational purchasing work.

As a consultant coordinator, you are a key person in the collaboration between the business, consulting firms, and the purchasing organization. You support managers throughout the consulting purchasing process through training, ongoing advice, and contract follow-up. The role also includes responsibility for contacts with consulting firms and the purchasing organization, handling inquiries and consulting assignments in the system, updating relevant documentation, and administration of the central SharePoint site. You ensure that processes, price lists, and competency categories are updated and act as support in matters related to the consulting process.

In operational purchasing, you work closely with both internal functions and suppliers to ensure that materials are available on time and according to agreed terms. The work is varied and combines operational and tactical elements. The role is characterized by collaboration, communication, and ongoing follow-up, providing great insight into several parts of the business. You have a central role in daily dialogue with suppliers and serve as a natural contact point. You also collaborate closely with strategic purchasers and the rest of the organization.

• Education in purchasing/logistics or equivalent at least at KY/YH level

• At least 1 year of experience in operational purchasing

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Driver's license B

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent
