Bromi Gruppen AB is now looking for a Technical Salesperson based in Värnamo. About the role As a Technical Salesperson at Bromi, you have overall responsibility for developing and managing business with both existing and new customers. You work advisory and solution-oriented with a focus on understanding the customer's production, challenges, and future needs. The role involves high-level discussions where you present CNC machines from Brother, Citizen, and Biglia, solutions in turning and milling that contribute to increased efficiency, quality, and profitability for the customer. The sales processes are often complex and long-term, which requires structure, perseverance, and a strategic approach. You work closely with both the customer's production staff and decision-makers at the management level and receive support from Bromi's internal specialists and application experts, giving you strong conditions for success.
Your profile We are looking for someone with a good technical understanding and experience of CNC machines in turning and milling, preferably from the manufacturing or production industry. You are an energetic and committed person with a clear business drive and a strong desire to sell. You thrive on working in a structured manner, setting clear strategies for your work, and have the ability to drive business forward even when decision processes are lengthy. You are goal-oriented, curious, and have a natural competitive spirit, while being professional and trustworthy in your way of arguing for solutions that create real customer value. You feel equally comfortable in dialogue with operators and production engineers as in meetings with corporate management and CEOs. You have a communicative ability that allows you to adapt the message to the audience. For you, business ethics, quality, and long-term thinking are an obvious part of the sales work, and you have the courage to challenge the customer when necessary to achieve the best possible results.
