Call4care AB is an established, full-service contractor with a business model offering "a complete range of moving and cleaning services in a total concept" throughout Sweden. We offer individually tailored holistic solutions within moving and cleaning, ranging from moving assistance, carrying help, storage, move-out cleaning, property cleaning, corporate cleaning, construction cleaning, final cleaning, viewing cleaning, estate cleaning, stairwell cleaning, estate clearance to removal and recycling of waste.

We are now looking for an engaged and driven salesperson to join our growing company within the moving and move-out cleaning sector. As a salesperson with us, you play a key role in creating and developing customer relationships and contributing to the company's continued growth.

The work involves both independent work and teamwork. You will interact with private individuals and businesses, provide quotes, follow up with customers, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Selling moving and move-out cleaning services
• Customer contact via phone, email, and meetings
• Preparing quotes and contracts
• Follow-up on customers and business deals
• Collaboration with moving and cleaning teams to ensure quality
• Planning and coordination of assignments

Requirements / Key Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
• Valid B-category driver's license (required)
• Computer proficiency (email, quotes, CRM systems)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Flexibility regarding working hours and tasks

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in sales, preferably within service, moving, or cleaning
• Experience in customer service or telemarketing
• Knowledge of quote handling and contracts
• Good organizational and planning skills
