About the Job
We are looking for you who like food, people, and sales and want to become part of our wonderful team at Willys Jönköping Österängen! The role essentially means that you contribute to our customers being able to buy good and sustainable food at really good prices.
Employment Type: Permanent position, 26 hours per week, probationary period applies.
Start Date: 2026-06-15 or by agreement.
Working Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the tasks.
Here is a bit more about the role:
- Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations in the convenience store, including mail handling and sales of games, food, and tobacco, ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks good.
- You meet many customers daily, always with great energy, knowledge, attentiveness, and a big smile.
- After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, contributing to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.

About You
Willys is constantly growing and developing, and you like that too. You enjoy learning new things, like being challenged, and are driven by taking on greater responsibility. It's also great if:
- You are social, outgoing, and a real pro at customer service.
- You have worked in a store for a while and are ready for a new role.
- Since you will be working with the sales of Svenska Spel and ATG, it is good if you enjoy talking about sports, such as horse racing or football.
- It is a big advantage if you have experience and training within ATG, Svenska Spel, and mail handling.
- You notice when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
- You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that's great!
