Consultant with experience in invoicing and administration sought for a company in Jönköping.

We are currently looking for an administrative consultant for an assignment with a well-known organization in Jönköping. The client is in a development phase following the implementation of a new business system and needs support in handling administrative tasks that have accumulated during the transition period. In this role, you will contribute to structuring, quality-assuring, and streamlining administrative work to create good conditions for the business moving forward.

Your Employment Offer

The assignment is part-time, 40%. Start immediately and runs for 4 months.

For the assignment, you will be employed by us at TNG and perform the work on-site at the client's premises.

Your Responsibilities

Your main focus will be to support the business in the invoice processing process. You will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and forwarding supplier invoices to the relevant companies. Experience with Salesforce is advantageous, especially if you enjoy contributing to more efficient workflows and the development of new routines.

Worth Knowing

The company needing your help is located in Jönköping, and you will perform your work on-site at their premises two days a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Once you are settled, parts or all of the work can be performed remotely.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a changing environment and can quickly create structure when not all parts are in place yet. You are accustomed to working independently, taking initiative, and prioritizing among several administrative tasks simultaneously. To succeed in the role, you need to be detail-oriented, solution-focused, and have an unpretentious attitude where you are happy to help where the need is greatest.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in administrative work, such as order management, customer service, or invoicing
• Good system familiarity and ease in adapting to new ways of working and processes
• Ability to work structured even when conditions change
• A proactive work approach and a desire to contribute to order and efficiency
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is advantageous if you have experience with Salesforce.
