Job Description

We are currently looking for a person for a varied and responsible role with our client outside of Vetlanda. The assignment starts immediately and initially runs until week 31-32, with the possibility of extension for the right person. In this role, you will work with a combination of administrative tasks, sample handling, and service. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, registering and administering samples, documentation, and other ongoing administrative duties. The job also involves supporting the operations by staffing the reception as needed and providing professional treatment to visitors and employees. The position is full-time during daytime hours and suits you if you thrive in a varied role where attention to detail, structure, and service are important parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative work or relevant education in administration.
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and ability to commute to the workplace.
• Good computer skills.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Availability to start the assignment immediately.

• Experience in reception, customer service, or similar service-oriented work.
• Experience with document management or registration work.
• Experience from industrial, laboratory, or production environments.
