Holsby Metall is growing and is now looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative who wants to be a central part of our sales process and contribute to increased business value and customer satisfaction.

As an Inside Sales Representative here, you work closely with both our customers and field sales representatives, focusing on creating structure, following up on deals, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. You act as a crucial link between the customer, sales, and production, helping to drive business forward efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on quotations and customer inquiries
• Support the sales team in their daily work and streamline the business process
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers regarding prices, deliveries, and status updates
• Calculate and prepare incoming inquiries
• Register and manage articles in the business system (Monitor)
• Follow up on ongoing deals and ensure delivery according to plan
• Collaborate with production and purchasing for the best possible execution

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong computer skills
• Experience in customer contact, administration, or sales

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience from the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of business systems, preferably Monitor
• Technical understanding
