At Atteviksgruppen, we are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for our Accounts Payable while simultaneously growing into a broader role within purchasing.

You will become a central part of our Finance Team, responsible for ensuring that supplier flows run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently in a high-paced operation with large volumes.

This is a role for you if you enjoy operational work and want to be part of developing how we work and improve our processes.

You will work closely with the workshop, sales, and management, serving as an important sounding board within the organization.

You report directly to the Finance Manager, and the position is based in Jönköping.

What you will work with:

• Accounts Payable – overall responsibility for the supplier ledger in Visma and Medius
• Year-end closing support – reconciliations, accruals, and support during the closing process
• Purchasing & Contracts – support and develop purchasing processes, follow up on suppliers, prices, and terms, and identify savings and efficiencies
• Development – drive digitalization and more efficient working methods in our processes

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is confident in the fundamentals of Accounts Payable and is curious to learn more.

• You have experience with Accounts Payable, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Good knowledge of accounting and financial closing
• Understanding of VAT and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in financial systems, preferably Visma and Medius, and strong skills in Excel
• Good communication skills in Swedish

Additional merit is given to candidates with experience in purchasing or process development.
