Do you want to take overall responsibility for HR in a strong and stable industrial company with a clear future agenda? KABE is now looking for a business-oriented and HR-focused professional who wants to help develop the organization, leadership, and HR function.
About the Role
As HR Director, you will have a central role where you work both operationally and strategically. You report to the CEO and are part of the management team. The HR function currently consists of one person, which means broad responsibility with great opportunities to influence and further develop working methods, processes, and structure within HR. The role involves working closely with the business and supporting managers across all parts of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational support to managers and leadership
- Ensure and further develop HR processes such as recruitment, payroll, performance, and leadership development
- Drive and develop HR's role as a business partner in the organization
- Work with labor law, rehabilitation, and personnel matters
- Be responsible for union relations and negotiations according to MBL and LAS
- Work with talent acquisition and employer branding
- Collaborate with safety representatives
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have an academic degree in HR, personnel science, behavioral science, or equivalent from a university or college. You have a genuine interest in people and organizations and want to contribute to developing both business and leadership. If you also have training in the occupational health and safety area, we see it as a strong plus, and experience in leadership development or leadership training is meritorious.
Experience and Competence
You have several years of experience in broad and qualified HR work, preferably from a production environment within the industry. You are confident in supporting managers with labor law issues and have experience with rehabilitation, collaboration, and change management. You have also worked with union negotiations according to MBL and LAS and have good experience in recruitment and strategic talent acquisition.
You preferably have experience from manufacturing industry, and it is meritorious if you have worked based on the GS Wood Industry Collective Agreement. If you also have experience from operations with both white-collar workers and blue-collar workers, we see this as a strength.
You communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have good knowledge of English. Furthermore, you have very good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with HR and payroll systems, such as Agda, is meritorious. A B-class driver's license is a requirement.
