Erikshjälpen is a children's rights organization with a non-profit second-hand business. Together, we share a common vision: a changed world where children's dreams come to life.
We work to combat poverty and vulnerability by promoting children's rights in 16 countries.
In Sweden, children's rights work is primarily conducted through Erikshjälpen Framtidsverkstad, in close collaboration with our second-hand stores. In total, we operate around 50 Erikshjälpen Second Hand stores in Sweden and Norway. One of Erikshjälpen Second Hand's missions is to generate as much surplus as possible for the children's rights organization Erikshjälpen.

Do you want an exciting job within a successful organization that is investing heavily in the future and in realizing children's dreams? Erikshjälpen is now looking for another employee for our International Program Department, with a focus on financial quality assurance and monitoring within grant management.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for financial monitoring, analysis, and auditing of Erikshjälpen's program activities in Sweden and internationally.
- You work together with another controller and are responsible for reporting to institutional donors, foundations, and funds.
- You provide support to both program coordinators and project managers for program activities in Sweden, as well as to international regional offices.
- You assist them in meeting requirements from donors and financiers in applications, reporting, audit requirements, and agreements for individual projects or programs.
- You also actively participate in overall quality assurance processes within the department from a financial perspective.
- You are responsible for the further development, implementation, and ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines for financial monitoring.
- You work in our shared systems and contribute to the usage and development of our new intervention system.
Who are we looking for?
You have a university degree in economics or several years of experience in financial accounting and monitoring that we assess as equivalent.
You possess strong analytical skills and can work both independently and in a team.
You are a person who takes great responsibility, is organized and structured, and values achieving goals and maintaining high quality.
You have good communication skills and are able to express yourself well verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
You share Erikshjälpen's Christian value base.

Further information
The position is a permanent full-time employment (100%) with a 6-month probationary period.
Location: Huskvarna, with the possibility of remote work a few days a week.
