Economic Manager for MKP Sverige

About the role

As the Economic Manager, you are responsible for ongoing accounting and payroll administration, as well as contributing to certain HR matters. You work closely with the operations and support the organization with financial issues. The role is varied, autonomous, and reports directly to the CEO.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ongoing bookkeeping (customer and supplier invoices).
• Payroll administration.
• Taxes, VAT, and fees.
• Budgeting together with the CEO and production.
• Contact with banks, auditors, and authorities.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a few years of experience in economic work.
• Has at least upper secondary education in economics.
• Is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and structured.
• Thrives in a flexible and changing environment.
• Enjoys collaborating and supporting others.
• Has experience with Fortnox.
• Has good knowledge of Office, especially Excel.

Experience in HR work is an advantage. You have good knowledge of Excel, business systems, as well as Swedish and English. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

MKP Sverige works with mechanical harvesting and is part of the Metsäkonepalvelu Group. We have approximately 45 employees and an annual turnover of around 80 million SEK. Our focus is on sustainable forestry, quality, and strong customer relationships.
