Do you want to work in an international and technology-driven organization where you can combine strategic partnership with operational recruitment? We are now looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for a consulting assignment within a global IT company, focusing on ensuring a unified and high-quality recruitment process across several regions.
In this role, you will be a key strategic partner to the business, working closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and local recruiters in various parts of the organization. You will have the opportunity to influence how the organization attracts and hires future talent, while also driving recruitment processes hands-on in Sweden.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you are responsible for creating and ensuring a cohesive global recruitment strategy in close collaboration with both the business and HR. You act as an advisor to managers and HR Business Partners on matters related to talent acquisition, role structuring, market insights, and salary benchmarks.
You coordinate and support recruitment activities globally and collaborate with local recruiters to ensure quality and consistency in processes and methods. The role also involves driving the entire recruitment process in Sweden, from search and sourcing to interviews and candidate communications.
Furthermore, you work proactively to identify and attract candidates, particularly within IT and digital roles, and contribute to developing long-term and sustainable recruitment practices in an international environment.
QualificationsRequirementsSeveral years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a global organization
Documented experience in search and sourcing, especially within IT or digital roles
Good understanding of complex global recruitment and working across different cultures, geographies, and organizations
Experience collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders
Basic knowledge of HR processes, such as role structuring and salary structures
Experience driving recruitment issues cross-functionally across teams and countries
Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
Structured and proactive work approach
Experience from international IT or technology organizations
Experience working in matrix organizations
Experience in employer branding or strategic talent acquisition
