PropTech Energy is now looking for an HR Generalist for our office in Jönköping. In this role, you will support our subsidiaries with a wide range of HR issues, with a special focus on employer branding. We offer a varied and developmental role in a growing group, where you will take significant responsibility and be part of a flat hierarchy team with short decision-making paths.

"My name is Rebecca and I work as HR Director in the PropTech Energy group in Jönköping. With me as your manager, you can expect a supportive leader where we solve problems together. At the same time, I will challenge you to take ownership and come up with your own suggestions, so that you can grow as a person and within HR." Rebecca Rizzo

PropTech Energy is a group consisting of ten innovative and expanding companies: Ömangruppen, Axcell Fastighetspartner, P2 Energi, Alova, Inflo Ventilationsservice, Secon, APS drift och underhåll, JFK, KEAB, and Engi. The companies offer holistic solutions for properties, with specialized expertise in all different areas. We take responsibility for the whole, or help with individual point interventions, entirely based on the customer's needs. We are present at about 30 locations in the country and have a total of approximately 800 employees.

Responsibilities

As an HR Generalist, you will work in a varied role focused on supporting our managers and employees in the group, both unionized staff and white-collar workers. You will work closely with the HR Director and three other colleagues within HR/payroll, and have the opportunity to contribute to both daily HR work and the development of our HR processes. The role gives you the opportunity to work with different types of HR issues and to grow in certain areas based on interest, experience, and competence. A clear focus area in the role will be employer branding, where you will, among other things, work with our marketing channels and social media from an HR perspective.

As a growing group, we are in constant development, where new companies may be acquired and integrated into the business. This means HR becomes involved in many different issues and the role develops over time. You will have a varied role where tasks and areas of responsibility may change as the organization grows, and you will get to contribute to a fun and developmental phase.

Examples of tasks:

  • Responsible for employer branding work
  • HR support to employees and managers
  • Handle simpler labor law cases
  • Work with internal training and training catalog
  • Drive collaborations with university colleges together with managers
  • Recruitment work
  • HR administration
  • Contribute to developing, driving projects, and improving our HR processes together with other HR colleagues

Education and Experience:

  • University education in HR or personnel science, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
  • Experience with employer branding
  • Experience creating graphic material in digital tools, such as Canva
  • Experience with recruitment
  • Basic knowledge of labor law and ability to interpret and apply collective agreements
  • Good computer literacy and ease in learning new digital tools
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

It is meritorious if you have experience with collective agreements within any of our agreement areas, for example, the Technical Agreement, the I-Agreement, the F-Agreement, or the Sheet and Vent Agreement.

Personal Attributes

As an HR Generalist, you find it easy to get into new tasks and thrive in a broad HR role where you combine operational work with development. You have the ability to build trust in dialogue with both managers and employees. You thrive in a role where you are given the opportunity to work independently and take great responsibility for your work, while not being afraid to ask for help when needed.

You have a creative mind and enjoy creating engaging content, both in text and image. You have a good ability to adapt messages and expression to the target audience. You can turn ideas into concrete material, for example within employer branding and internal communication.

For us, it is important that you are flat-hierarchy oriented and have a team spirit where you are used to helping each other. You have the will to learn, a great commitment, and the ability to provide really good service. The most important thing is not that you have experience with all tasks beforehand, but that you have the right attitude, the ability to learn new things, and a desire to grow in the role.

Social Sustainability

It is easy to equate sustainability with climate and environmental issues, but for us, sustainability is also about the social aspect. As an employer, we have a great responsibility and an opportunity to influence our employees' daily lives. We value your development and invest in both internal and external training for our employees. We know that if you grow, we grow! The social climate here is characterized by flat hierarchy and community, where we help each other deliver high-quality service to our customers. We have short decision-making paths and you have the opportunity to influence your daily life. You can count on security such as collective agreements, development opportunities, wellness programs, and occupational healthcare – a healthy workforce equals a healthy company. People make the difference!
