The primary purpose of Human Bridge Foundation is to improve the living conditions of vulnerable people through (aid) interventions in the form of material aid. Primarily, this involves collecting and refurbishing/repairing medical equipment and materials, which are then donated to hospitals around the world. In this way, we aim to contribute to increasing the quality of care offered to people in vulnerable countries. To finance this, we collect textiles that are processed at our facilities.
Your Role
We are currently looking for an Administrator for a varied role that can support the operations with a number of tasks across our departments for finance, personnel administration, logistics, and IT. With time and experience, the role may develop to include more tasks and responsibilities with greater accountability.
As an Administrator, you have good planning skills, strong communication skills, and an eye for order, quality, and well-being in the workplace.
This role suits you if you enjoy responsibility, structure, and contributing your knowledge in many ways. You enjoy varied tasks and are unpretentious.
Other important qualities include good teamwork skills, a sense of responsibility, and a positive attitude towards tasks and operations.
Experience and Other Specific Knowledge Requirements
- Upper secondary education in economics or administration, or equivalent through experience.
- You have knowledge and experience working with digital systems and tools.
- You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

- Independence and drive: You can work alone, take initiative, and solve problems as they arise.
- Teamwork skills: You will work with several parts of our organization, and it is important that you communicate and work well with colleagues.

Meritorious if you additionally have:
- Experience as an Administrator.
- Experience working with Pyramid and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience working with Kontek.
