Our transition support, funded by various transition organizations, is designed to assist individuals facing unemployment and/or needing retraining. We deliver both standard transition services and health-adapted support aimed at enabling participants to seek new employment, start their own business, or study based on their work capacity. This includes a series of personal meetings, follow-up contacts, and activities designed to support each participant's unique needs and circumstances. Your role: - To coach and guide participants towards their next career step, including new employment, finding an internship, starting a business, or beginning education. We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education and experience in coaching or similar fields.
• Is a good listener and communicator, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Is passionate about helping others and has the ability to see potential in every individual.
• Is flexible and able to travel within the county.
• Has knowledge of the local labor market where you are located.
• Has the required competence to conduct coaching professionally, including knowledge of the labor market and society's various support systems such as the Public Employment Service's services, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, etc.
• Wants to coach job seekers with physical or mental health issues.

• Actors and current legislation governing the labor market within the rehabilitation chain, as well as experience collaborating with these actors.
• Work-oriented rehabilitation.

The position is a fixed-term employment based on need. Start date is by agreement. Working hours and scope vary depending on the business's needs, so we cannot guarantee a specific number of working hours. Selection is ongoing, so do not wait with your application!
