Your main tasks as an assistant store manager are:

  • To create sales by understanding and fulfilling the customer's expectations and needs. With us, it is not enough to just serve customers. If you do not already have extensive personal experience in personal sales, you will be trained to map and understand customers' expectations and needs. In this way, you will become a reliable sparring partner in the eyes of the customer, who through close conversation can create the right sale for the customer.
  • To develop, educate, and inspire your colleagues in the store.
  • To be proactive and take responsibility for ensuring that the store always looks neat and inspiring for customers, including picking items, fine-tuning, light cleaning, and similar tasks.

The position is 38.25 hours per week and includes work every other weekend.

  • You put the team before yourself and understand that this helps us achieve our goals together.
  • You understand the importance of being a role model for the team, and you take the lead whether it is about sales or cleaning.
  • You have documented leadership experience.
