Your main responsibilities:

• District responsibility with a focus on results, budget, and the right assortment in the store.
• Build and develop customer relationships – both new and existing.
• Conduct customer visits, training, events, and trade shows.
• Visit painting companies and painters to provide advice, product demonstrations, and technical support.
• Act as an advisor on assortment, sales, and upselling.
• Follow up on chain activities and ongoing customer evaluations.
• Report in CRM and keep updated on market and competitors.
• Contribute to strengthening Orkla House Care's brands.

Qualifications:

• Completed high school education.
• University education or sales-oriented KY education is an advantage.
• Additional courses or training in sales and marketing are also advantageous.
• You preferably have good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Driving license and enjoy driving.
• Technically interested and handy.
• Live in the district, preferably around Skellefteå/Piteå.

Who are we looking for?

An independent, positive, and results-oriented technical salesperson with a few years of experience in customer engagement towards retail or specialty trade. You are accustomed to CRM-based sales work and have good knowledge of the Office suite. Industry knowledge is an advantage, but the most important thing is your willingness to learn and develop. You are technically inclined and handy – you are (or will become) comfortable with assembling and adjusting machines (paint sprayers).

You are social, communicative, and thrive in a role where you combine customer contact with practical work.

The position is a full-time employment. The district extends over Northern Sweden. You will work from home (in the district) and be traveling most of the time with 1–3 overnight stays per week. Weekend and evening work may occur in connection with trade shows, store events, and conferences.
