Join our dedicated Contract Logistics team in Jönköping and help deliver first-class service as our next Customer Service Specialist.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and managing daily administrative tasks in the warehouse. You will work closely with both management and the operational team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
How you create value
- Inbound administration including daily planning, order control, claims registration, inventory management, and monitoring incoming trucks
- Outbound administration including transport planning and booking, document handling, order adjustments, and invoicing
- Customs handling (both Inbound and Outbound)
- Handling various WMS systems
- Responding to and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Keeping customers informed about the status of our services and ensuring the highest possible customer satisfaction
- Reporting volumes and KPIs
- Identifying root causes in operations to improve processes
What we want you to bring
- Experience in Contract Logistics, warehouse operations, or similar
- Customs experience is highly desirable
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written form
- Experience working in a team and collaborating with others
- Strong problem-solving skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to handle a high workload and meet deadlines
- Good computer skills, including MS Office, especially Excel
- Solid experience in warehouse operations and management
- Able to remain calm and work effectively under pressure, even with many tasks and customer inquiries
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Willing to work shifts during peak season if needed
- Driver's license (B), as the workplace is difficult to reach by public transport
